Hiya, so I’m back with another chapter for y’all and I’m hoping that you guys are going to like this chapter.Internal monologues as always are conveyed in bold, so without any further ado…11th January 2021,~Virat’s POV~
3 weeks have passed and I haven’t seen Sai since that night when she had come home with injuries on her arms and face. And I still remember what I did that night, I held her arm softly to stop her from leaving like this…“Sai, your wounds need to be disinfected, let me do it please?” I beg her but she shakes her head stubbornly.“Main thik hoon(I’m fine).” She says.I want to say something more when Pathrelekha says, “Virat let her be, if she doesn’t want her injuries to be dressed.”I roll my eyes and say, “first of all this is between me and my wife, Wahaini, so stay out of it. And at last but not the least, I’m going to dress her wounds anyways!” And with that I pick her up and take her to my room while she is beating my chest forcefully.“Let go of me,” she yells.“Nope, my little ninja.” I smirk at her and she glares at me, which I ignore. As soon as we reach our room I drop her onto the bed. Walk towards the door as she is trying to get up and I lock it.I walk towards the closet and take out the first aid kit. She looks away.“Sai please look at me?” I ask her. She shakes her head, I’m hurt about it but still try to dress her wounds as good as I can.She then gets up unlocks and opens the door, then leaves the room without turning around to look at me.I’m wiping away my tears that unknowingly are falling while I think about Sai and the time spent with her.I then decide to get ready to go to work. So I take my uniform and start ironing it. Yet again I tear up as Sai used to do that for me.Someone is passing by, who then decides to come into my room without knocking and it’s someone I don’t want to see at all.“What are you doing here?” I yell at her while she stiffens.“I brought some food for you,” Pathrelekha says.“How many times have I told you that I don’t want any food and surely not from you!” I shout at her but she just stays here like I didn’t shout at her at all.“Are you deaf or what?” I ask her loudly and then say, “leave!”That’s when the whole family comes towards the room.“Leave her Virat,” Jeeva says, “she doesn’t understand anything, you have to tell her a million times no!” I nod as he comes inside and softly pushes her outside. I walk towards her.“Never come into this room without my permission or else you are going to face some consequences. That’s when I take the glass of milk and pour it into her hair.Kaku is about to say something too when I say, “I don’t wanna listen to anything you have to say!” I close the door right in front of their faces and go back to what I was doing.Samrat seats down onto my bed when I say to myself, “I messed up, I literally lost her, she hates me!”“No, she doesn’t. Yes, you messed up by insulting her upbringing as well as her father.” You tore your own life apart.” He says while patting my shoulder.“Thanks for forgiving me, Jeeva.” I say.He laughs and says, “I only forgave you because Sai asked me to.”“She did?” I ask in surprise and he nods. I smile as I say, “there’s still hope for us.”“I don’t want to be a party pooper but there may be a small chance.” He says bringing me back to the sad reality. Why did I let my anger overpower me? My mind asks while my heart is guilty.I go to the bathroom and when I come back out Samrat’s gone.I look for him when I see that he’s on the phone with someone just outside his room and someone’s listening to the conversation with interest. The person is…
~End of his POV~~Samrat’s POV~
After talking to Virat I leave his room to go to mine. That’s when I hear something very interesting. Pakhi’s back is turned towards me.“I need to see you. We need to change our plan, please come and meet me soon JB.” She then hangs up and places her phone on the bed, takes her clothes and goes to the bathroom to freshen up as Virat had poured milk in her hair.I stealthily take her phone save the number JB in my phone, place her phone back where it was and message the best hacker I know,“Hi kiddo,
Can you please trace or hack this number for me?”A while later, someone calls me. It’s Victoria, that when I remember something as I pick up the call.“Happy Birthday Victoria. How are you?”She tells me that she is fine, thanks me for the wishes as well as that she’s gonna trace the number as Sai is on a mission.“What?” I yell in surprise but not to loud and ask all the questions that come to my mind, “when? Is she alright? Can I call her?”Then Vic tells me that I cannot because Sai’s phone is with her as well as Virat keeps calling everyday.I sigh as I hear that and ask, “when is she coming back?”“As far as we know in a week,” Sunny and Maya say.Oh, Maya what have you done to me? Yes, it’s true I have had a crush on you for 3 years! My heart says while being in a dreamland.I snap out of it when Victoria asks, “are you alright?”“Yes, I’m fine.” I shortly replied back.“Hmm,” she hums, not believing me completely but then asks, “are you daydreaming about someone special?” I can feel her raising her eyebrows at me.“Absolutely not,” I blatantly lie. Then I start to remember when I saw her for the first time with Mrs Solochana Chawan. She never let me know Maya’s name but kept teasing me with her by calling her my dream girl.As I get out of my reverie we keep talking about anything and everything until her voice changes.“Vic,” I ask her, “what’s wrong.”She tells me that it’s really bad and after that she tells me who JB is.“What the blo*dy hell, she is having a…” I cannot finish my words as Badi Mami cuts me off by yelling the words, “what are you doing here…”~To be continued~~AN~
